Respected Sir,

    We the students of class XII, beg to submit that we want to arrange a book fair in our college. For that
purpose we have contaced with a famous publisher,
Mr. Qazi Muhammad Ishaque Bhatti, who has become
agreed to sell his books on concession.
    We have also arranged the textbooks on discount of about 5%.
    This fair will help to increase the interest for studies among the students of the c college.
    It will also provide them an opportunity to uy books on cheaper rates.
    It is therefore requested to our honour kindly allow us to arrange a book fair in the college premises.
