With due respect I wish to put the following matter for your kind notice. jhon is the sweeper of our street appointed by your office. He is very irregular and careless. He comes to sweep the street on his own wish. sometimes only once a week. The result is that the street is very dirty and drains are always full of dirty water Nobody can pass along the street without covring the nose. All this causes diseases. It is therefore requested that kindly send the sanitary inspector to our street so that he himself may examine the insanitary condition of our street.
